There’s never been a better time to fall in love with Albemarle Plantation.
The occasion is our annual Fall Festival, scheduled for the weekend of September 25-27, with a variety of events, activities, entertainment, and games taking place in the community.
You’ll have a front-row seat for all the fun, starting Friday evening under the big tent in front of the Albemarle Plantation Clubhouse.
Be our guest for a traditional Carolina dinner, featuring fried chicken, roasted pork, green beans and potatoes, fresh tomato and cucumber salad, and, of course, sweet tea, and lemonade.
After that, join us for Brian Smith and the Opry Boys, who’ll crank up the music for your dancing pleasure.
That’s just for starters. The Festival kicks into high gear Saturday morning on the Clubhouse Grounds, with booths and tents filled with crafts and artwork from our residents for exhibit and sale.
After that, our Executive Chef James Ott will present a cooking demonstration featuring a range of local delicacies, followed by a relaxing lunch under the tent, and an Open House at our private marina on the Albemarle Sound.
For the competitive types, there’s cornhole, ladder toss, and chipping, with exciting prizes for the winners, including a golf lesson from head pro Kenny Saunders.
The festivities conclude Saturday night back under the tent for a Dinner/Dance, with music by the renowned Ocean Breeze band.
To enjoy the Fall Festival and a special taste of the Albemarle Plantation lifestyle, you’re invited to take advantage of our Discover Albemarle package, featuring 3 day/two nights accommodations, complimentary golf, a sightseeing boat tour of the community, full VIP use of all our amenities and an exclusive guided tour of available homes and homesites.
